Item returns are available within 15 days of delivery. customer must contact us here - within this time frame to make the request. please include the order number and reason for the request. items must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached. customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return item(s) to MOOMENN if FREE shipping does not apply to it. We do not offer Exchanges or Returns on shoes, Headwear, Accessories or under garments. we do not hold items for purchase. all purchases are on a first come basis. Please allow 3 business days to process packages received. after processing, the store credit/gift card code will be emailed to the customer. the store credit will only include the cost of the item(s) and any applicable taxes paid. initial shipping charges are not credited. store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future purchase.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the Admin Office.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 

We will gladly offer a Refund in a form of Store Credit ONLY, which you can use for any future purchase without a date limit. All claims must be made within 15 days of delivery. any claims outside of this timeframe will not be accepted, no exceptions. please contact us here and provide an order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. refund requests are handled on a case by case basis. 

If applicable once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow couple of days for processing your refund. 

If you are approved, then you will receive an email with your voucher. or in the case of a damaged item(s) then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at salam@moomenn.com to provide you with the appropriate return address. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping Return 

To return your product, you should send us an email at salam@moomenn.com to provide you with the appropriate return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if FREE shipping does not apply to it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.

We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitization of all our products and facilities. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.

We currently run with Limited Stocks due to the Covid-19 regulations restricting the number of staff, to insure full parameters of safety applied at every step of the production, which means that we only able to produce One Stock per Collection.

We apologise for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait.

We have increased our shipping days from 2 days per week to 4 days per week to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience.

As part of our continues endeavour to best serve and protect our customers, we have now enrolled the MooMenn’s Protection policy to all our customers.

This means that you automatically qualify for a full refund if you don’t receive your order within 90 days from order date, and even if you receive it after that you still get the full refund regardless,
