Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless the specific product description states otherwise.
The customer is emailed a tracking number when the order ships. products shipping & delivery depends on the dispatching warehouse they come from, for All products starting with “MOO” usually timelines for deliveries to US, UK and rest of Europe are between 7 to 11 working days in Standard Deliveries, All the Rest is Shipped with DHL 48h Express Shipping and should be Delivered within 2 to 3 Working Days. Local post offices delivery delays are rare but can happen especially during busy sales seasons and they are not controlled by MOOMENN. please note, some high value orders may require a signature for delivery. if an attempted delivery notice is left by your local post office, please follow up with them directly for redelivery or pickup instructions. MOOMENN cannot schedule redelivery attempts.
"MOO" products International delivery can take up to 21 working days after it is shipped. these timelines depend on your country's processing, customs, and delivery protocols.
All other products Shipping & Deliveries will take between 5 to 10 working days in Standard Shipping and 2 to 3 working days in Express Delivery.
NOTE: Express Delivery DOES NOT apply to "MOO" products.
Shipping origin is based on the product ordered, our dispatching centres are located in France, Singapore, Hong Kong, United Kingdom and China.
If Order contains different brands, it may come separately as they may be dispatched from more than one warehouse. Each product delivery may differ depending on its warehouse location and the destination country and custom process.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Although most Deliveries to US, Canada, UK and rest of Europe are Tax & Duty Paid from our Suppliers. However when ordering from moomenn.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States, United Kingdom, or EU countries
may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; MOOMENN has no control over these charges, nor can MOOMENN predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Tracking Your Order
Please allow 2 to 3 days for the tracking information to be available after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
- For All tracking information please refer to our Track Your Order page and just enter the tracking reference that was sent to you in the Shipping confirmation email.
- Alternatively, you can always use your national post office website to track your order if it is not an Express Delivery Shipping. Example of official National Post Office tracking websites: USPS tracking for US and Royal Mail tracking for UK
- Lastly if you find any challenges with tracking on any of the first 2 options you can refer to the Track17 website where you can track any orders and choose the preferred language to display tracking information.

When does MOOMENN Customer Protection apply?
You're covered under MOOMENN Customer Protection when:
- You don't receive an item within 60 Days from the Order date
- You receive an item that doesn't match its description in the listing
- You receive an item that's broken or faulty
